Under sunny, warm conditions, Nur Ali flew through his test laps for the IRL’s Indy Pro Series, setting some of the fastest lap times of any of the cars on the race track that day.
Nur Ali was at the 1.5 mile Kentucky Speedway race track in Sparta, Kentucky for a practice test on oval tracks, which make up part of the schedule in the Indy Pro Series. The Indy Pro Series is the feeder series for the Indy Racing League, which has as its showcase the legendary Indianapolis 500. Nur Ali has been meeting with series management, as well as potential sponsors, to discuss the possibility of becoming the first Desi driver in the Indy Pro Series.
